Rabbi Efrayim Wolff, OBM (left) with members of the Israeli government, who came to tour Kfar Chabad a few months after the massacre of five students and their teacher in the Chabad Vocational School in the year 1956.

Rabbi Wolff headed the vocational school since its founding, until he passed away recently.
