Rabbi C. M. Isaac
Hodakov, chief secretary to the Lubavitcher Rebbe, arrived to the United
States together with the Previous Lubavitcher Rebbe in 1940. Rabbi Hodakov would enter the Rebbe’s study once a day and discuss the many dilemmas the emissaries and educational institutions experienced, the Rebbe would then relay to him the solutions and Rabbi Hodakov would than relate them to the emissaries and discuss with them how to fulfill the directives of the Rebbe. Here Rabbi Hodakov is seen speaking to an emissary - Rabbi Moshe Slonim - in front of Lubavitch World Headquarters – 770 Eastern Parkway. |
