The conference is held a several times a year, when guests gather in Lubavitch World Headquarters for special occasions.

In the center is seen Yossi Bukiet, student of the central Lubavitcher seminary. Today Rabbi Bukiet is a teacher of Talmudic studies at Ohr Elchonon Chabad, Los Angeles, California.
